The Bachelor of Furniture Design and Manufacturing (BFDM) at BSDU is a skill-integrated program that prepares students in furniture design, product development, manufacturing systems, quality assurance, and installation practices.

Students develop competencies in materials and processes, ergonomics, modular and solid wood furniture design, CAD/CAM tools, CNC operations, production planning, upholstery, surface finishing, quality control, and smart furniture systems. The program emphasizes hands-on workshop training, internships, and industry-integrated learning.
