The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) at BSDU is a two-year postgraduate program that integrates engineering principles with modern management practices. The program prepares graduates to manage engineering systems, projects, operations, quality systems, and supply chains in technology-driven organizations.

Students develop competencies in operations management, project management, production planning, quality engineering, safety and sustainability, engineering economics, financial management, and data-driven decision-making using modern digital and analytical tools. The curriculum emphasizes practical exposure through internships and occupational practice modules.
